ITT: common problems we haven't experienced personally
I'll start:
>Arch's pacman keeps fucking everything up!
Nope, I have not experienced this. In fact pacman is far better than apt for me in that regard.
>Screen tearing
>Font rendering(default always works flawlessly for me, it's perfect)
>ITT: "common" probably we've never experienced
>ITT: common problems we haven't experienced personally
Well, which one is it, faggot.

Same meaning
Basically issues commonly talked about that we have personally never run into and are skeptical they even exist as a problem.

The NSA
Does it even exist?
Fucking ubuntu. Screen tearing is a real thing, no matter what modified Ubuntu distro I use, screen tearing there. Fucking shit, I actually managed to install Arch without screen tearing. Every other linux distro doesn't have this problem. I am on a Core i5 3317u with a mobile HD 4000. This shouldn't be an issue and I won't rebuild the kernel for just that. Fuck ubuntu. Ill just stick with my /comfy/ debian.

Add this to your /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/20-intel.conf file:
Tear-free video
The SNA acceleration method causes tearing for some people. To fix this, enable the "TearFree" option in the driver by adding the following line to your configuration file:Option "TearFree" "true"
