I would suggest you to learn how to optimize your PC for your needs. Disable (or set to manual) services you don't need. Get drivers from the official providers. There are plenty of guides on how to do it (Don't go ham, if there is a warning that you shouldn't disable it if you are using this PC for more than gaming then don't).
Only time I used software similar to this is Driver Magician or some bullshit like this when I was working on old hardware and there wasn't legit drivers on their websites.
