How do I get traffic on my blog?
I don't have the funds for advertising, so basically I'm looking for a DIY, non-spammy way to attract attention.

Spam is indiscrimate. I would be alright with targeted "spam," I just don't know how to do it, or where to go. I just end up creating social media pages and running into the same problem I had the first time.
