Run MB, but these ads underneath YT videos are they malicious or part of Googles ad network?
I'm running chrome on android, I'm not running ublock etc as it's not rooted.
Nothing shows up in MB or common sense
Anybody?

Idk bro wish i knew to

They're part of google's network.
Also you don't need to be rooted to use UBlock origin, just need Firefox.

My low tier smart phone makes playing yt vids on firefox painful, hence why i use the app.
Why i felt the need to tell you this is anyone's guess
There are adblockers which do not require root.

Could you name some that don't suck please
so the OP image with the ad is safe? Amp I've not got some malware in my phone?
If you don't like the original yt app you could always go with newpipe, available trough f-droid

I heard Adguard works, but I never used it.
I use LuckyPatcher to change my host files, the only ads i get is the video ones.

>LuckyPatcher
Just use AdAway like a sane human being.
I wouldn't trust a fishy tool like that with my hosts files.
install gentoo

I can see the host files, don't have anything weird.
