The Xiaomi Mi 5 Pro is one. There's most likely cheaper chink phones with the same specs since the Xiaomi brand is a bit expensive for a chink phone. Use your googling skills to find other ones with something like "best chinese phone" or "chinese phone comparison". Ideally, you'll find a website that has a large database of chink phones so it's easy to find the cheapest ones.
