None of this is true, especially the brain damage part. Skin goes away with time and your organs recover. I've already lost 5 kg since February, so I should be normal in about two years.

I have googled it in the past. There is no correlation between BMI and IQ and no evidence of brain damage from being fat. I've also read about skin stretching. It's not permanent. As for organs, it's not good to be fat, but if you lose the wait you can recover, especially when you're under 30 like me.
