The Intel atom N2600 is listed as being 64 bit on intels specs sheet, but apparently some manufactures stop it from running 64bit and only run 32-bit. Im about to install an os on it and im wondering 1) how can i check / overcome this limitation and 2)would it actually have an impact on the system since my ram is lower than 4gb?
Ive heard some people say 32-bit would run faster but i find it to be a dubious claim

Using the "My Files" app(?) that came stock with my Android tablet, I am able to add a shortcut on the home screen to any image I've saved. When I do this, however, upon my opening the shortcut to the image, it asks me which image viewer I wish to view it with. My decision of "ALWAYS" instead of "JUST ONCE" is never saved for more than, say, an hour. It will always ask me to select an image viewer to with the image with after a certain amount of time.

I've almost completed my ascension to the GPS-less master race, but I miss the polish of Chrome and the swiping of Google Keyboard. The default CM browser is functional and quick, but the UX is crappy. And while AOSP keyboard is identical to Google Keyboard, the swiping algorithm is locked behind GPS.
I've been tearing my hair out over this.
Computer restarted for some reason while I went to the store (I assume windows updates). Now I have zero output from my digital coax from my motherboard. I have uninstalled the devices from the control panel with no luck. Now all I can see is my optical output from the available jacks.

Hard drive troubles.
Got a new pc and installed win 7. Was on XP. WD Black drive now enters a sort of 'sleep' mode (I can hear it park the head) and there's a delay wen I access the drive when it is in such a state. It never went into this mode when I was on XP so I'm guessing it's win 7.
Is it related to power profiles on Windows 7? I can't find anything in there that would indicate anything related to the hard drive. What could be the cause of this? I'd rather it not park the head/platter at all or at least lengthen the time until it does. Usually about 15-20 minutes until it parks.

Well if it's just a hobby go wild with whatever you want. If you want a simple language that just werks and is practically useful to make shit with Python is the way to go. If you want to learn about low level stuff C is the way to go (then you can segue into C++).
C# is good if you want to make UWP (windows 10) apps. The rest of the languages you listed are meme-tier.
I added ffmpeg to my path variable, and entering "ffmpeg" with commands in a command prompt works just fine. But if I try to use "ffmpeg" in a batch file, it tells me "'ffmpeg' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file."
