2016 is fine, I use it every day. It looks a little awkward on Windows 7/8 though since it imitates 10's design.

I prefer to do everything in libreoffice. I usually give things in as PDF, but on the chances I have to edit someone's word documents or powerpoints I just go with 2007 under wine. 2010 looks nice I guess given Publisher has the old UI in 07, but I don't use it anyway.
