I can explain this every time some retard complains about chrome using RAM.
When chrome detects you having unused RAM it pre-loads your commonly browsed webpages. This is why it appears so fast.
If you start actually using your RAM chrome will stop using it, and pages will load slower. You fucks should be thankful your wasted RAM is used.
