I'm on TekSavvy in Dufferin County, about 50k North of Toronto. Pay 35 a month, 15/1 and get unlimited BW. Got a promotional deal with them because I got my parents and some friends moved over. It could be quicker but I'm fine with this.

This shit never happened with qwest, which was my only option and was half the price. Centurylink bought them out, raised prices, and then cut my speeds.
