What cheap Chinese tech have you bought, and would you recommend it?

Yes, we know everything is already from China but in here we discuss the no/low-name cheap shit you see on eBay, AliExpress, Gearbest and similar sites.

They are definitely a little muddy in the lower-mids and bass region; there's a lot of congestion and mixing going on between sound signatures there. This is noticeable when compared to the ATEs.

However, vocals sound a LOT better through the ED9s and treble has a lot more clarity and width to it.

It's kind of a tradeoff. Neither are GREAT IEMs, but for $8 they aren't bad. I wish I had a pair of 8320s and Panasonic budget-IEMs to stack up against them.

I'll be ordering a pair of Superlux HD381F's when my next paycheck comes in on the 21st so look for a review on them around early May. They might be the best shot for a decent earbud based on what I'm hearing on Head-Fi.

>You feel it is accurate? Like with the sleeping etc?
Really accurate for sleep tracking, it detects if I wake up in the middle of the night and for how long, also it tells you when you're were in deep sleep and regular sleep, the step counter has a +/-10% accuracy since it seems to track when your feets hit the ground, but if you lets say star tapping on a table it some times counts it as steps, it tells you when you walked, when you ran and for how long with an aprox calories burn.

But I mostly use it for app/calls notifications since I have bad earing, and this thing vibrating in my wrist is really useful, now I never miss a call when I used to lose at least half of them due the laughable vibrations of modern smartphones.

I simply can't live without it.

Is there any chinkphones that work on T-mobile's USA lte network?

OnePlus US version phones, ASUS US version phones.

vodafone 2g: 900mhz

redmi 3 note pro has pretty much all of them so you should be good. Only Optus and Telstra has some missing bands.

No there's not. There's only 2 gsm networks in america all those "3 gorillon carriers" are just resellers.

In america we use band 2,4,12,17,25 but the GSM carriers only use 4,12 and 17 with spint/verizon using 2 & 25

Yeah i think so, its a pretty good deal im looking a $300 for the transmitter/receiver and fpv screen but I'm getting the higher quality ones that they also sell the frsky i10 and the diversity screen.
It took me about 2 hours to build the quad so if the kits on sale is worth it. I waited for a 30% off sale to buy all up with better quality transmitter, screen and batteries in looking at $550

It's a great phone but they have not updated it to M, let alone L. I had to root it (and there was only 1 ROM available) just to get rid of the shitty bloatware and upgrade it to L.
Overall, it's a great phone but due to the lack of popularity, you won't find much support.

Seems like the LED is really good, maybe it was a good buy. As for that talk about it being water resistant: probably not something I want to test in case. Does anyone have a real XM-L bin to test them side-by-side, it may just be the LEDs are cheap enough for it to be real ones. >>
>>54015370
Terrible idea, for backups you should get some cheap huge storage disk like 5TB it costs just a tad bit more and is much more reliable. If you instead do like put the sdcard in and transfer files to it with a USB reader to store backups with then sure that could probably work. Would not really recommend that though, it all defeats the purpose of using microsd over Ultra Fit from SanDisk etc etc...
>>
>>54015110
>>54015245
That seems to be a legit XM-L. I've ordered from Pocketman before and gotten a flashlight with a legit XP-E Q5 LED, I believe their stuff is legit, and that they simply brand their barrels (like many resellers).

The different bins won't physically look different, they'll be slightly brighter as you got up in bins and they might have a different tint as you go higher but that's it.
>>
I don't understand...
>>
>>54015419
Only one way to find out. I am ordering real batteries (not AAA), if they light up with 3x the brightness they should be real ones right? I was a bit confused by a Russian guy writing something about fake when he bought two at them claiming two different ones arrived, one fake one real. Check out his reviews, also confirmed he bought two on his profile http://feedback.aliexpress.com/display/detail.htm?ownerMemberId=187794707&memberType=buyer

Assuming they do switch them out randomly I got the bottom one, where I believe he says it was fake? Not sure, it's not all that clear. But at least I think it's possibly? confirmed these chinks are switching them out randomly in case anyone orders Pocketman in the future.

I only made one test with the LEDs on a door, as per my post in the previous thread. If anyone is interested we can make a test with 3xAAA on a set distance, mode (full zoom?) wall color while its dark and take a picture to see the difference in brightness/signature of the LED. It may be a poor idea, but I believe it just may work out. From the looks of yours it seems pretty bright (over what I got), but the current picture isn't that great for comparison. An issue could be the focus, saturation etc while it's dark and only one LED light source.

Wow, they had their own store this whole time and it costs the same price. Just my own fault for sorting after orders without looking properly. Looking at the reviews on their own store, however, it looks like they are different there too. Difference in print "XM-L T6" some are bigger, other smaller. It seems like they all recently switched to selling the new ones with phat print, not the smaller text ones. You can also spot the difference because the new ones has the zoom markings next to the pring while the older ones doesn't. So this may mean all the new ones are all fake? I sure hope not, they are ruining their brand if they do this. About a refund, I heard aliexpress doesn't give a shit and I never had to use it for my 40+ orders so far. Should I just send them a picture of the differences on mine and the one pictured and say it's not as bright as original one if I do or make some video about it?
>>
>>54015765
Forget about the zoom markings, forgot that you could put that anywhere as you can freely position it.
