The mobile interface asides of not showing the file details, is exactly the same as desktop. I just don't see the fuss.
I made a barebones 4chan iOS app a while ago to test it out
image loading is basically shit compared to using a browser, but text browsing can be good
it takes more time and apps have less cache to work with compared to safari. I did however get webms to play using OGVkit (ffmpeg based videoplayer)
I also had autism over CPU usage, so it wasn't that efficient since each post in a thread was a new table cell (300+ cells) and iOS will dynamically load/delete each cell out of view. I don't know how to make it so you can make a table with all cells loaded (saves cpu usage since you can just go up and down without load/deleting cells)
really 4chan just needs an upgraded mobile site
