Needed to install linux for 1 fucking time in my life for R explicitly:

fuck this fucking meme OS, Ubuntu is supposed to be new-user-friendly, for once in my fucking life I needed this OS and it blew up in my face. I haven't even tried to do something tricky, it's literally just installing R, then installing Java, then installing rJava-package in R. So yeah, its nice to look at all ya fancy riced machines, but for productive work, this shit is useless for productive work.

Anyway, I had sometimes some issues, but every time I was able to quickly find the solution or the behavior was predictable.
