Total launcher says it's MaterialOS and I'm inclined to believe it. It's missing a few icons, but at least if they're already material designed you can't really tell. I think there are like 3 or 4 just on my home screen there that are unthemed. Maybe 5 in reality but TL let's you use any icon in the pack for whatever app you want. Thank goodness, too. Opera Beta is almost never themed in icon packs and I hate their new logo.
