Nothing wrong with Graun. As for streaming, well can't be assed to buy a new HDD and not enough space to store shit now. Besides, there is something weirdly nice about waiting for the episodes to preload. Raises your hype and all.

Unless it breaks the website, there is no reason for why you should EVER whitelist your adblock. UBlock Origin has just a list of shady malware/adware that it blocks.

Most people don't even know that most websites these days have literally dozens of invisible trackers that fingerprint your browser, and sell that data for money.

Daily reminder that uBlock is a dumbed down version of uMatrix for technically illiterate people and the developer even say's so himself.
But since it's the latest meme-ware, /g/ will masturbate to it for 5 months until it becomes too popular for their hipster taste and then move on to something else, just like with

or maybe people don't like their websites breaking constantly and having to fish out which javascript to unblock and would rather have an extension to block the ad/tracking specific stuff for them automatically

Case in point with you. uMatrix uses exactly the same lists. You can set js to be globally on for all sites and it will still block the listed stuff specifically

Why tweak uMatrix to do that when uBlock Origin does it by default?

>hurr i can change umatrix options to be exactly like ublock, don't be so tech illiterate!

Good job, you can play with add-on preferences. uMatrix by default is set up to block all third-party content except images and CSS. That is its main purpose and why it's set up like that to begin with. Consequently it also breaks any javascript not hosted on the same domain, requiring a lot of manual fixing. Unless you use uBlock which sorts out only the shit content by default, no further steps required.

I know uMatrix is a lot more "hipster" than uBlock Origin given its much smaller userbase, and you feel so special for using it, but quit acting like uMatrix is superior when clearly both extensions have different goals and purposes, even if you can make one act like the other.

>Why tweak uMatrix to do that when uBlock Origin does it by default?
It was just an example to show that you don't even know what the software does.
uB lets trough 80% more shit than uM. If you're not new to computers and how web pages work it takes like 20 minutes to configure uM. If you don't know what "javascript" is, then you use uB

how's Windows 10 treating you?
>>
>>53972846
It has more users because I'm not the only one that wants to bother with manually whitelisting every script with uMatrix.
>>
>>53972922
Most adblocker who whitelist websites don't realize that there are invisible invasive trackers on mainstream websites . Umartix gives the ability to see those invisible trackers, and block them. You can easily whitelist javascript globally, or whitelist the entire site without much trouble in Umartix.

So what's the consensus on using both uBlock and uMatrix together? Or is that just redundant?

uBlock and uMatrix are for retards that browse the web with JavaScript and CSS enabled in their browser

No it's fucking not you fucking retard.
uBlock Origin has cosmetic filtering and other features that uMatrix lacks.
