Mine is too much of a cluster fuck and disorganized. It would be hard for you to find and edit everything.
Somethings dont do anything too, like ' SMS & ' Blandat ' are just text with transparent folders underneath them.
Im also not sure if you need more files than just the exported klwp file.

My icons aren't boring, they're plain, and I don't think I'm special for using them, lots of people are, and that's because a lot of people likes them. I don't rice to be special, I rice to get the form/function balance that suits me. And yes, I am using that launcher, because it's easy to configure with minimum bugs (fuck Apex and Nova, and ADW is bloody deprecated), and it has the best app drawer system.
I don't pretend to be Japanese, I just happen to like certain elements about Japan, but in the end, I don't give a shit about Japan, because I'm a weeb who is just happy with living in Europe.
Oh and rating is the point of these threads, people post to get rated and suggestions.

My main issue with it is that thematically the stuff you chose to put over your background is fundamentally mismatched. The font and icons (and their arrangement) imply carefree modernity, but your background is steeped in tradition and discipline. They contrast greatly.

You can still put the app drawer icon back if you want though.
You could probably find a better clock as well, but that one isn't too bad either. Just hang around these threads until you see a clock that you think would really fit in well.
Also make sure you note that depending on the position of the clock different styles look better (if your clock is in the center you want a different looking clock than if it's in the corner like yours).
