My PC is turning off by itself, I suspect that something is overheating, but I don't know very well what temperature is considered "dangerous" for each part, can anyone help me out?
Try turn off that anti surge shit in the bios that causes your pc to reboot if it detects a voltage spike

In a moment. My phone is charging right now.
I was thinking that the problem was the temperature cause I was hearing a noise coming from the case. From what I assume was the cooler. Had a friend tell me that I should clean the inside of the case and see if it's fixed. He told me that I could just use a hair dryer to get rid of all the dust quickly. Is this a good idea?

a capacitor on your mobo could be blown, check your mobo out for any bursted caps

I'd probably use a compressor or canned air instead
You can buy canned air in almost any hardware store
