Gonna be the one serious answer and say the HDD. A dual monitor setup really isn't as cracked up as it seems, having one good 1080p monitor is super comfy.

i also have total 360gb worth of ssd storage and can't find anything to fill them up with

There was a program to get virtual desktops in earlier Windows versions, no clue what the name is but never had any issues with it when running Windows 7
Well I already have 2x2560x1440p monitors. My desk doesn't have room for a 3rd. And I already have 3x4TB HDDs, but i guess i'd probably go for the HDD.
Honestly you don't really need more than 500gb ssd usually. I would get the monitor first.
That best said I do have shit loads of storage but a monitor is way more useful

Monitor and it isn't even close really. Unless there's a ton of shit you need storage for right away the utility of a second monitor is too good to pass up imo
I'd take the monitor. I use VMware a lot for projects, and it just feels nice to full screen. And still be able to get other shit done simultaneously. I have a 4TB external HDD for important things I want to keep, along with those virtual machines. I haven't used more than a 500GB HDD in any machines that weren't servers.

As someone who has had a dual 1080p monitor setup for 5 years, I can confidently say that once you get used to the setup you will never want to go back. If you can make do with some external hard drives or something, the double monitor upgrade is 100% worth it. It will take some time for you to work out your own way to organize things on more than one monitor, but it's great once you're comfortable with it.
Btw, what do you need all that disk space for? If you feel like you need it to store all of your animu or something, just download a series when you really want to watch it. The torrents aren't going to disappear. Storing them all is unnecessary. If it's a hobby that legitimately requires lots of space (like photography) then you'll want to give that option more weight.
