How is the performance in hosting a email and web server?

I'm trying to build something like pic related using an old keyboard to have something handy for quick prototyping.

I connected it to a little spider so I could control it through a web interface or alternatively a usb gamepad

Made it a low power seedbox for muh animus and private trackers instead of my laptop.
Made a SAN for my class using the pi2, usb flash drives and a usb hub. So far it has Centos and soon a honeypot will be stored on it. To be used for educational uses later on.
