>think it's because it's an NVDIA video card and that's common because of all the NVDIA memes i see every time NVDIA is brought up
>every time i clean my pc the fan on my video card is somewhat firm
>decide to start the pc while it's open to see what's happening
>see that the fan of the video card doesn't actually start up and if i just give it a manual initial push then it starts spinning
>tfw i realize it never actually work for at least 3-4 years

I had a nvidia gt9500 a long time ago. I had the same problem. Had to give it a little spin upon system startup.
