Apple hardly gives a shit. They can perfectly prevent this, they just don't and didn't for years. Most people who use hackintosh can't use facetime or messages.
Also the good thing is that if you get some decent compatible hardware you can have a pretty good experience there. No stability issues as long as you manage your shit right from the start.
