Even when submitting PDFs, it's a two page resume, which is two graphic images embedded one per page.
It's not like anyone is opening and reading these anyway.
Print them in a nice yellow font with orange outline, on premium paper and mail them.

Try not to list more than a few since it gets tedious to read and follow up.. We usually discard several pages long CV's since it gets really tedious to check all applicants.

I can't post screenshots of all that at the moment but PDF really gives you a lot of options actually since it's meant to be a container filetype that doesn't really allow any editing afterwards unless it's formerly specified. Most of the options just aren't known to the average Joe and with good reason.
