Not tablet but phablet. The zte warp elite is just $100 on amazon.

Specs are 5.5" 720p screen, 2GB of RAM, 4-core A53 @ 1.2GHz, 3,000 mAh battery, 13MP, 16GB internal + microsd slot.

I just bought one a week ago and it pretty much works like a tablet on airplane mode.
