all you actually need is
-f bestaudio
only problem is it keeps it in it's original container; i.e best audio is opus but will download an audio only webm.
-x would extract that opus and not re-encode
--audio-format is only if you are re-encoding it from some less optimal format. also, best is default value anyway.
--audio-quality again is only if you are re-encoding to some other format
because you are not re-encoding -x won't change anything.
summary: -x -f bestaudio
will download only the audio and copy it into a more appropriate container.
