Yeah I believe that's where I got everything from.
In addition to that here are some other things you should do.
Set your internet connection to metered in the PC settings app (yes the app, not control panel). This will supposedly prevent the computer from downloading any updates automatically.
Also, the start menu is shit so install classic shell and use the normal start menu from windows 7 with that.
After you've done those things it becomes a much more enjoyable experience.
