about a 3 months ago i bought a 49' rca 1080p led tv on sale for about $400 or so, great tv. today i was looking through flyers and noticed the same size, make, priced tv except its 4k. Should i buy the 4k and try and get rid of the 1080p one? is it worth the upgrade? the 4k rca is regular priced at $600 or so.

The TV itself will still upscale anytging that's displayed on it. It won't make it look exactly 4K, but it'll make it look better than 1080p.
