U don't actually need a key, if u don't mind using 3rd party tools to change ur wallpaper, just install, press skip when it asks for a key and enjoy using windows 10 for free, legally. It litterly just has a watermark of activate windows and locks u out of personalization settings, that's it. All of those can be fixed with 3rd party tools
So uh... I am not /g/ay, is Windows 10 actually worth installing, or should I just stick with Win7?

Keys can be used a few times before Microsoft requires that you call them in order to verify your key.
Windows 7 keys work fine. I just use my volume license key stuck to my Dell, works just fine.
