So I hate doing this and haven't needed to in years but I'm at my wits end.
I have 3 SD Cards.
I'm trying to put some files onto any of them but I only have an old inspiron 1700 to do it. Normally this wouldn't be a problem but two of the three cards show up as write protected no matter what I do.
I've flipped the switch both ways on all three cards, checked diskpart and changed both the volume and disk attributes to clear readonly, and even just tried formatting. Nothing works. Diskpart says they aren't readonly but they obviously are. The third card doesn't even show up anywhere on the OS when I plug it in so I don't even know about that one. The weird thing is the two that are showing up have no option to be ejected. I don't have much experience with SD Cards but I'm pretty sure you can eject sd cards like pen drives in windows 7 right?
Does anyone have any experience with this sort of problem? Any new ideas would be appreciated because I can't think of anything else to try.
TL;DR: 2 SD cards in write only even when changed, one card not even showing up in the OS. Help?
