I was running 2 1tb ssds in raid 0 in raid 1 with a 2tb hdd until /g/ made me realise I was being stupid and automatic back-ups are what I need.

I have a 128 gb ssd, and wish I'd doubled it at least, it's almost full now with Windows 7 and a fair number of basic programs
I have a 1tb drive @ 7200rpm and enjoy having the storage, and I was given a 2tb drive @ 5200 RPM and just use it for video and audio storage, and I feel comfortable with those to for my bulk of info storing.
Also a 1tb external USB drive that I use for backups/old stuff from when I was just on my chinkpad
