I bought a PC for about 600 bucks just a while ago. I got it so I could play the latest releases even if I had to play on medium settings. Was thinking of games like FO4, Rise of the cunt raider and some other shit.
I used those to pretty much do benchmarks, but that's about it. I didn't feel like playing them. I didn't feel like playing anything much. So I decided to hop into a different OS. Seeing as I had compatible hardware, I tried hackintosh and ever since I've been sort of comfortable here. I'd use linux but my GPU doesn't like it much it seems.

I even bought a 4k screen for it so I can shitpost in ultra-high-definition.
I grew up without playing games like the rest of my peers (old bomb-ass computer prevented me from playing them). The only games I played were Rise of Nations, Age of Empires, GTA VC and San Andreas, and CS 1.6. Oh, and WoW (TBC) at a later point, at the absolute lowest settings.
In fact, I am still on that that computer. I've never played League, GO and whatever kids play nowadays.
I don't feel like I've missed out on much though.
