So my PC just had a mild case of liquid on it (I've already chewed myself out over it). I'm not really sure what parts got hit though. Something's up though since it's not turning on and gives me 1 long beep and 4 short, which apparently is some kind of hardware failure. So how can I tell what exactly failed?

TL;DR: Hardware failure, how to tell what failed?

refer to your motherboard manual for BIOS codes they may vary from one product to another.

Did you dry it out before you turned it on?

What liquid did you spill on it?

Hey OP. Sorry for your loss.
You should try booting with these POST test cards in PCI, apparently it's really useful.
