What distro is good but doesn't have an outreach program for minority groups?

For some reason outreach programs trigger my autism, probably because I fall under some of them and don't want to be snowflake'd (Even if I'll never be contributing to the project.)

My reasons are pretty shit i know, but that's not the point of the question.

I used Manjaro for a couple of months. One update locked me out of my encrypted system, and another caused windows in KDE to rumble. I just installed Windows 10, but it's education edition and it has this water mark on the desktop that is triggering me. According to Pajeet it's a feature! and it can't be removed. That was enough to push me out of 10, I already felt too uneasy with it.

I'm just going to use Windows 8. I miss muh gaymes.

Arch+i3

I used Ubuntu on my various computers for a while but unity was gross. So I tried arch. I liked it but I didn't know if I was falling for a meme.

I tried Fedora but I had problems connecting to eduroam using i3. So I'm just gonna go back to Arch.

It just werks.

I don't think there's any that's more suited to run in a VM, you just have to remember to install Virtualbox guest additions in whichever one you choose
