Dual booting Windows 7 and Linux (Linux as the main operating system) because Windows 10 is terrible (IMO). What Linux distro does /g/ recommend (besides gentoo)?
Funtoo
PCLinuxOS. it's highly popular.

I like manjaro because I don't like configuring things but I had nothing but problems with it. Every time I would unplug my laptop and plug it back in my it would lock up to where I could only move the mouse around I couldn't even drop down into tty using the keyboard I had to hard reset.
If you have a CPU that supports virtualisation just install linux.
You can run windows in a VM, enable GPU passthrough and get like 99% of the performance of a regualr install.
Saves a fuckton of rebooting.

No I don't like configuring things it did the same thing with either xfce or kde
