Would it be worth returning the 950 and paying ~$30 more for a GTX 770? BF4 lags a little.
I foresee acoustic performance being poor when the card is this small. Remember that heatsinks work on surface area, so when you have less of it, that single little fan needs to spin really fast to dissipate the heat.

Assuming you are playing on the ultra preset, maybe you should lower msaa from 4x to 2x, and possibly lower ambient occlusion from hbao to ssao and maybe even lower the settings from ultra to high. Shouldn't have that big of an impact on graphical quality, and doing that should give you big boost in performance.

Look for the R9 Nano. Same form factor but HBM and lot more performance
