I had a Nokia 515 for a few months last year. Its a good phone but the software is severely outdated and non functional. Calling and battery life are perfect though.

Its screen is absolute shit, basicly its only visible and at very specific angle, the angle is so narrow that you cant really get it right if you have both eyes open, if you look at it with both eyes and try to focuse on it it will make you dizzy. I dont know the correct term for this effect but my old nokia 3410 didnt suffer from it.

I just switched back to Android after using a 515 for six months...
It's nice to actually participate in group chats and image sharing with friends again, but more importantly the break from smartphones helped me reevaluate how I use technology and I'm finally treating it like a tool for productivity and self-improvement rather than wasting time and staring at it to avoid participating in actual social situations. Having a dumb phone again actually helped me become much more comfortable around people (as an awkward neet) since I couldn't distract myself anymore.

I have a dumb phone and a smart phone. I ended up returning to the smart phone for the following reasons:

When you live in a huge city and you're finding new places or you are meeting friends etc in places you don't know, maps is really essential.
I thought a dumbphone would be good for travelling but I was wrong. I can keep my simcard and just use whatsapp or FB messenger to keep in touch with friends by using wifi at the hostel/in the street.

I dropped smartphones quite some time ago. Recently I started looking for a dumbphone that has an email client on it - this used to be more of a thing but since smartphones have been around, the feature phones have just stopped trying.
Some of the older ones no longer work or support IMAP4 etc.

Yeah, that's the one I liked the most, looks real good, but people say the speaker is just terrible as the people around you hear the caller better than you do. Also, some claim it sends data to MS which drains their money. I'm not sure about data as there's no internet afaik, but not having a good speaker is bs in this kind of phone.
