Since it states the model application it probably comes with the correct harness plug. If it doesn't work you should get a replacement depending on where you're ordering from. It should be unopened unless they're modifying the plugs per order.

Yes, VAG cars have a proprietary harness for headunits. These headunits are modelled after the OEM ones. My only issue is that I've read that the finish on the bezels generally do not match the interior perfectly, that and who knows what OS they are running, a lot of them have Android but quite a few also have some strange OS that just looks like absolute shit.

Just got my Redmi Note 3 Pro 32gb/3gb in the mail.
I upgraded from a HTC One M7, thing is fuckin AWESOME. I thought going from 4.7in to 5.5in would be a big step up but the phone is barely bigger, maybe half an inch wider and taller. The smaller bezels made the upgrade smaller than I thought it'd be. It feels solid and great in your hand, just like the M7 does.
I was going to go directly to bootloader unlocking and installing that AOSP ROM but MIUI is actually kinda nice and I think I'll try it for awhile.

Should be able to. You have to fully discharge it first (be careful with this though, lithium batteries have a point where going lower than or higher than certain voltages will permanently damage them and, in the case of Li-Po batteries, cause them to explode.) Use something like >>53793640 to discharge them safely. That board in particular (there are 2 versions of the TP4056, unprotected and protected) has a switch that automatically cuts the battery off from the circuit if voltage is about to go too high or too low. For Lithium batteries those voltage are <3.75v and >4.2v
Drain batteries -> charge via USB cord to current tester to USB port -> look at the milliamp-hours readout when it's done
You could also nigger rig it by discharging them, plugging them into your computer's USB 2.0 port, and waiting until they're fully charged (again, don't under or overcharge them). Since USB 2.0 on computers can output a maximum of 500mA, you can estimate the mAh.

I have a Xiaomi sports band with heart rate monitor.
Yup, it's fine. Pulse rate measurements are pretty accurate, I can use it with a 3rd party app of my choice, and it feels okay, plus the battery lasts ~1.5-2 weeks (haven't actually tested how long exactly at my current frequency of measuring heart rate) and charges in like an hour.

HAve you tried checking the "Band Mode" in the engineer settings? Doogee usually has several bands that they don't advertise and all you need to do is click on them and click save.
