Q6700 is where it's at for that, the multiplier is a divisble number at that point IIRC.
I feel sorry for your lone hard drive though. consider mounting a fan on the other side of the cage to wick air past it so it doesn't cook.
another mod I usually do to those cases is add an 80mm fan to the rear vent to help wick air out of the case and not all through the PSU. perferrably a 92 will work, zipties are your friend, and make sure it's one of those Dell-widely-used nidec beta V fans liek I have going on in the OP image. the thermistor does wonders.

The second GPU isn't a dedicated Physix card, it's dedicated to playing Eve Online while I play other games on my main monitor. Since I have a GTX 980 Ti, I don't think I would need one anyways.

Not my own build, but a build I am doing for a friend.
Still a work in progress, just got the graphics card in today, and I am replacing the fans that are in it tomorrow (No matter what you do, they are too loud. Well, they ARE cheapo fans).
Also going to finish up the wiring tomorrow, have like 2 spots I want to clean up. Already tried it with a few games and it runs most stuff pretty well. Granted, said friend is mostly going to play JRPG/lightweight stuff and some AAA stuff here and there, so they should be OK.

i have an HD 7950 vaporx flashed to 7970. The problem with it is that the core fan is broken.
I am able to keep it under 60° thanks to vaporx cooling even with oc, but with an aggressive fan curve. Because of i don't even have a good psu (i have berlin 630W) i sold this gpu to a close friend for nearly free and another friend got a 390 so he gave me his 280x for free
