thinking about buying a 4 years used Sony XBR-52LX900

any experience with this tv?

a little scared about some random reviews online vertical lines of death and such
>>
It's a Sony. I'm surprised it still works after four years. Every Sony product I've ever had has stopped working.

NX800 owner here, the two TV's are in same family
6 years and going incredibly strong here, not a single dead pixel or vertical lines like you mentioned, flawless image and the lowest latency of all TV's compared to other brands when using graphics/game mode
Also check out the thread for your model on AV Forums
Also note yours is an XBR which is the higher end of Sony as opposed to KDL models

Not too familiar with 7900 but a friend of mine has the 6500 and if that thing is anything to judge by it's really good too, no dead pixels or any errors, latency fairly good too when playing PC games over HDMI
>>
>>53778664
Mean to write 6400
>>
>>53778650
who what? fucking speak up Millennial trash.
>>
>>53777281
XBR means it's a really fucking good TV, but sometimes it's better to just stay with something truly reliable
