Last night I was overclocking my system, this Dell case only has one tiny fan for exhaust, What can I do in terms of cooling upgrade?
I want my PC to run cooler so that I can get some extra performence out of it.

Other than that the only way to improve cooling is buying new case with decent airflow. Self-modding with drilling custom fan holes will make it even worse both in terms of noise and looks.
if it's standard (M)ATX, you could consider a replacement case
otherwise drill holes (air and mounting) on the side above the cpu/gpu
alternatively, or in addition to a side fan, you could make a shroud that connect the side holes to the cpu fan, so the cpu fan draws air in only through the holes on the side of the case

actually, a piece of pvc tubing/pipe would do nicely too, if you have/can get some about the diameter of the cpu fan

not quite sure what you're referring to, but if it's power, just leech off a molex connector
black + red = 5v
red + yellow = 7v (popular simple hack to run fans quieter than standard without additional components)
black + yellow = 12v

btw, the idea with the shroud is that the cpu isn't sucking in air that has been warmed by other components, including the cpu itself, instead pulling in air only from outside the case

Since I actually own one of those cases, I can safely go tell you to fuck right off, because you're not overclocking anything in that shitbox, since it has proprietary headers for all its shit an you couldn't put a mobo capable of overclocking in it, because it would need to be a Dell.
