How quickly can I develop an app with Visual Studio if I only know basic web dev? It's just for turning the contents of a Wikipedia page into an app.

MS got like a version of visual studio express for app devs. Pretty sure it comes with templates that you can just slap some custom design and you're don Rajeet.
