Hey i bought an LG G2 yesterday
the phone works perfectly , i can mmake and receive calls
but there is AT&T logo and apps all over it , soes that mean it was locked to AT&T
and if i download the offficial androird lollipop directly from the phone , will the phone be locked again ?
please help !

Yes because you cannot download the official android but the version they released for you.
Root it, install cwm and flash a rom.

I dont even know if it was locked to AT T, but i think the 'Upgrade software,' option is a as ilable here
