Two of the IT teachers at my Junior College were women. Out of the 6 teachers.
Other than that I literally don't come across them. I work at an IT company and the only women are in HR, one in accounting, and then "customer relations" selling people stuff. As for manufacturing, research & development, and support. Not a single one.

That study used a job as the experiment. There is no bias in actual education. Women where I live who go into STEM get free tuition on top of other grants, yet do they stay and stick with the course and finish their degree? Noope. They strive for 80/20 but by the end of the first semester it already becomes 90/10.
And of course there's a bias against women (by both genders evidently) when it comes to employment because they are more of a liability. You may be more capable than male candidates, but can you say that about every single one of your peers? I highly doubt it.
