Monoprice has some ~$5 replacement pads for their MDR knockoffs. They fit just fine.
You can get the velour ones and pay like thirty bucks.

I have the velour ones and they are really nice. Worth it for how comfy they are imho.

I have both the velour and sheepskin ones (same as original, but shouldn't peel off in 10 months like the pleather pads). The velour make these already bright headphones sound even brighter. It got annoying so I've been using the sheepskin pads and rather prefer them.
