I'm gonna guess you're asking for the second question, it's a full Linux OS just like the Nokia N9 has, you can run all apps from desktop Linux, plus Wine or even lagdroid with Shashlik or ARC for Chrome

But if the performance is right and it does the basic functions well and has a respectable battery life, it's pretty rad.
I honestly don't get the point of apps unless you're underage and want to play games, waste your life on NSAbook, Instashit and the likes. Read tons of "must have apps" articles and still don't get it.

But there is a huge difference between phones and desktops/laptops. Running the same programs on a much slower hardware and smaller screen is interesting but useless. Productivity on phones is just silly and to do the phone centric tasks you don't need 100k fart apps.
