Home media centre
How many of you have a home media centre set up. What is your current setup?
I'm looking for a discreet case that can fit an ATX mobo and is quiet. But I'd like to see some of yours for a bit of inspiration.

Home server for storing/streaming/transcoding
Minimalistic NUC or ITX PC for playing media.
Display and audio of your preference.

Wouldn't it be better to place the TV on the trolley? I was told TVs heat up when on for several hours so they need cooling from the rear.
Moving house soon, and I'm halfway considering getting an Emby/NAS/Chromecast setup going.
Any starter suggestions? To be honest power draw's one of my main priorities - I don't want anything humongous draining my power bill, but I'd rather not have to get up and power-on something if it'll wake from sleep as needed.

Got a FreeNAS server running Plex for my movies and TV shows.
Still got my 1080p Samsung TV until OLED 4K becomes affordable.
I also got an Apple TV 4 because the TV is slow as shit with apps.
Next item to buy is a 2.1 sound system.
