I don't think it is a craigslist scammer, due to wanting to use Amazon Payments

The initial message also had an imgur album. reverse search those images brought me to a dealer nowhere near the claimed location with similar descriptions.
I have quite a bit of proof via some simple googling I did around the email. I can post more if you like.

Ah, well now... In that case, try to convince him about PayPal. Scammers don't like PayPal
Then report him to PayPal when he gives you account
Why do you want an 06 Impala anyways??

Find anything that says "stolen" at a low price. Those are almost always fraud cases and they have no problems
You can all stop being a poorfag and just buy a new car god fucking christ. Don't even lease it; just buy it outright like a Subaru Forester. Shits hold their value forever.

I'm 30 minutes from there. It's a Marine Air Station. Shitty scammers are shitty.
Even though he says its Amazon Payments, he will supply a link in the next email if you agree to go head.
That will be something like http://amaz.on.payments.com
And will be a replica of the actual Amazon Payments page, enough to fool a normal person.
But you anon since you're a fa/g/lord, you should be okay.
Anyway, after that faggotry filled reply of yours I doubt he will reply.
