Is this even possible ? I basically know how sim cards work - almost the same as e-mail, but more proprietary protocols and security on the hardware level - and you should technically be able to emulate the SIM card OS and data (yeah, sim cards aren't just data containers, they have a proper OS) - given you have some equipment.
