There is only so much work that a single person is capable of achieving. What I'm advocating is that people learn to hire professional software developers to fix small and readily achievable problems that they encounter. I currently am on win7 and Mint in dual boot: the former is working fine but has performance issues (boots in a full 2 minutes) and the latter is a buggy POS on which I can't rely to do serious work.
I'm gonna try Ubuntu 16 when it comes out, but I was hoping they'd release the new Unity with it.
