What I want to know is, if it's possible for him remove or get any information from the cellphone company.
The information I fear that he might get are, my "whatsapp" chats and calls.
nothing else.

he might be able to see the "metadata" & there's no way for him to see the messages in your whatsapp unless he has physical access to your phone and get get past the lockscreen
