Is there Nvidia CUDA cloud hosting that does't cost arm and leg?
Amazon EC2 CUDA instances start at $0.65/hr, which is way too expensive and uses Tesla, which is extremely expensive overkill for most CUDA tasks.
I just want some cloud instances that I can rent by hour (by minutes would be better) that has GTX 960 or better.

buy a used 960

This. Since the implementation of amd support, it has been proven time and time again that openCL is on average 2.6x faster than cuda.

But still, OP, if you think Teslas are overkill for your usage case, then you're far better off just buying a consumer line card.
Just out of curiosity, what is it you plan on computing with CUDA?

The fuck are you on about? that's cheap.

No, I need cuDNN.

Why?
>>53698807
Because I don't have $100M+ I would need to pay in engineer salaries to re-implement cuDNN on OpenCL.

on Neural Network stuff
yer fucked, start coding your own programs that utilize open CL
Otherwise buy a 960
